3/8/12- Big Winds……Little Fish

Posted by Captain Bill Willis on Mar-12-2012

Today i was able to guide Dave Terhorst and his two sons Jon and Josh from Indiana. With the very first instructional cast yielding a small Redfish i felt the day would be full of fish. Not exactly how the day ended up but between battling 20mph winds we were able to catch a some Speckled Trout and an occasional Flounder.  Several nice fish were lost at the boat during the trip to no fault of anyones just the way the chips were falling. All in all it was a tough day of fishing but a great day to spend with new friends. Sharing stories and being a part of memories made during family vacations is a part of guiding that i will always treasure. As the water temperature continues to climb the Trout are spreading out and working their way out of the winter patterns that we would normally still have this time of year. Terhorst family, THANK YOU for choosing Lost Bay Guide Service and i look forward to fishing with you in the future under better conditions.

Lost Bay Fishing thought it would be fun to compile a map of the hometowns of past clients, below is the location of the client(s) that were a part of this specific trip. To see the map with all the past clients' hometowns click here ››
